The sage performed penance and Swami is said to be near the old Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy temple at the bottom of the hill. Yadav Maharishi's wish is yours. Many devotees stay here for a few years with a desire for health, healing, Vagira and bathing in the Vishnu Pushkarini.

Also, the Rishis who are still practicing penance on the surrounding hills every night are bathed in Vishnu Pushkarni and offered to Swami. The beast sounds when they arrive.
